Conrad Johnson Music and Fine Arts Foundation band played at the Faith United Methodist Church in Torrance, CA this past Saturday... my friend Rick asked me to play with the church band so we could play with the Conrad band on a few tunes.... it was a lot of fun.... the young people in the band sounded great and I think we all had a lot of fun..... looking forward to the net time already.....
The Palos Verdes Symphonic Band will be presenting a Count Basie Holiday Concert on December 6, 2015. We will be featuring a Jazz Drummer and I Rheuben Allen will be making my conducting debut. If you are looking for a good laugh during the Holidays this might be the perfect place to be... We will be presenting one of the first Count Basie Trumpets to a student and did I mention I will be making my conducting debut. Hope to see you all there and I will post more soon.

Clarinet for Karla
We presented a Paris Master Model ABS B-Flat clarinet to Karla a 12 year old clarinet student. She did not have her own clarinet and the one she was using did not play.
